We are Colgate, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets and our planet. Using our company values helped us to achieve TRUE certification for zero waste through implementing sustainable practices, minimizing waste generation and maximizing diversion from landfill. During the project employees were engaged through training programs, workshops, and sustainability events to raise awareness about waste reduction and recycling. Employees were recognized and rewarded for their contributions to waste reduction efforts.
One innovative solution that we are most proud of is partnering with The Hope and Thrive Academy. They are dedicated to providing educational and support services to empower youth in Morristown, TN; to reach their full potential and thrive academically, emotionally and socially. Several students helped us with diversion activities.
